Janet is a “Reformed Superwoman” who has learned how to lead a “should free”, productive, joyful, and powerful life, and believes all people can do the same.
Her journey to this belief started during her corporate career, where, in addition to her job working as a Global Client rep with Fortune 50 Pharmaceutical clients for 19 years at IBM, she founded IBM NJ’s first work/life balance initiative in 1995. In 2000 she left to follow this passion, addressing corporate work/life balance issues, both through corporate trainings and workshops and working with individuals.
Janet has been a passionate advocate for women, founding a first of its kind women’s co-working center in Montclair, NJ in 2007. As a coach, she has worked with entrepreneurs to help them define, begin and grow their businesses. As a coach, trained through iPEC Coaching, her specialty is helping people who feel stuck, know they need to make a change, but have no idea what that is or how to achieve it.

Janet is a Board Member of the NYC Chapter of the National Speaker Association. She is the author of Soul in Control: Reflections of a Reformed Superwoman and The Superbwoman: It’s All About the BE. She is a contributor to numerous business publications and hosts a web show called “Superbwoman Sundays at 7.”
She holds a BS in Education from Central Michigan University and an MA in Spiritual Psychology from The University of Santa Monica and is certified in DiSC assessments. A NJ resident, she is the mother of three superb young adults and three amazing granddaughters.
