A seasoned Senior Human Resources leader and business partner, Jo Ann has over 30 years of experience. To affect positive change in organizations she uses her strong HR background with a blend of experience in various positions, from Generalist to Head of Human Resources, while working in small- to medium-sized businesses as well as large international banks.
Jo Ann possesses a wide breadth of knowledge in all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee training, total rewards, performance appraisal process, resource and budget forecasting, leadership training and development, and employee relations. She also has extensive mergers and acquisitions integration experience.
While effectively balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, Jo Ann’s forte is in partnering with CEOs, executives and managers in delivering solutions that help to develop and strengthen one of their most important assets - their people.
She is dedicated to creating organizations that promote continuous growth by empowering employees to realize their potential and bring their very best for their success. Additionally, Jo Ann has a track record of coaching, guiding and supporting employees and leaders.
Jo Ann earned her BS with Honors in Business Management from Northeastern University. She is a certified Mental Health First Aider and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
With her husband, Jason, Jo Ann lives in Tarrytown, NY. They have three grown children and several grandchildren, all of whom live nearby and they enjoy spending time with each other. Outside of work, she likes to read, travel, see friends and family, exercise, and frequent NYC to see plays and visit museums.
