Overview
This workshop will build awareness and understanding of the elements and dynamics that enable trust among leaders and team members, using the principles and behaviors of Stephen M. Convey’s book “The Speed of Trust”. Participants will engage in interactive exercises to identify where they, their team/department and the organization is in relation to the trust behaviors and what are the causes.
Participants will brainstorm ways to enhance trust among themselves and ultimately within relationships, organizations based on the way they rank the importance of the trust behaviors.
