With over two decades of leadership and management experience in the business and educational arenas, Stephanie is a skilled organizational development consultant, coach and training specialist. She has served a variety of industries including but not limited to marketing, technology, pharmaceutical consulting, healthcare, event management, television production, SaaS (software as a service), public relations, education, hospitality, tribal-owned businesses and tribal government, retail, nonprofit, and with dozens of entrepreneurs running their own show.
As a practicing and certified coach, Stephanie has dedicated a large part of her career to coaching in a variety of settings including leadership coaching from the C-Suite to the individual contributor, team coaching and career transition coaching. Additionally, Stephanie has trained thousands of leaders and managers in the art and science of coaching for performance and to elevate their leadership and communication skills. Stephanie has worked with companies like DropBox, Poshmark, Kroger and most recently worked with Proctor & Gamble to support their global team of learning professionals in helping leaders and teams leverage the power of behavioral assessments.
Stephanie received her professional coaching certification from New York University and is also certified at the ACC level with the International Coach Federation. She holds a BS in counseling and a MA in organizational psychology from Columbia University. Stephanie has also taken courses in Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School.
Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, step-children and big extended family. When not hosting parties and BBQs she enjoys travel, reading, calligraphy and singing.
