Sandy is an Executive Coach and seasoned Human Resources Consultant with deep expertise in Talent Management and Leadership Development. During her 25+ years in the Consumer Goods industry, she has led global organizations through growth, transformation, acquisition, and integration. In her consulting practice, she helps small and mid-sized organizations achieve by building talent, teams, and leaders.
As an Executive Coach, Sandy partners with leaders to shift – to new markets, new responsibilities, new projects, and new roles. She understands the challenges of leadership and what it takes to transform a business while motivating a team. She derives great satisfaction seeing her clients succeed. Clients find her supportive and appropriately challenging.
As a Human Resources consultant, Sandy thrives in ambiguity. She is naturally organized and looks to find patterns and connections that lead to new insights. She built her career with intention, prioritizing rotation through specialties including Leadership Development, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, and Recruiting. The breadth of her experience allows her to see the big picture and also dive deep. In her favorite roles, she developed deep relationships of trust with C-suite executives as their Business Partner.
Sandy earned her MBA at the University of Kansas, including coursework at Seton Hall University, and her BBA at Mount Mercy University. She has served in volunteer positions with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), HRCI, and the New Jersey Compensation Association. She is a Trustee on a non-profit board with interests in healthcare, education, housing, and ecology.
Sandy is intellectually curious and occasionally goes down rabbit holes, learning about diverse topics such as digital marketing, arctic explorers, and earth science. She is a voracious non-fiction reader and consumer of podcasts. She enjoys traveling, hiking, working in her garden, and scouting out fun coffee shops to visit with her husband and two daughters.
