Lauren is radically shifting contemporary work culture toward prioritizing emotional, physical and mental health. A corporate well-being consultant, executive wellness coach, and international speaker, Lauren is tackling the pervasive issue of burnout by guiding today’s workforce toward embracing wellness practices at home and in the office.
After over a decade working at a Big Four accounting firm and personally experiencing burnout first-hand, Lauren became a wellness coach who empowers employers and employees to break through the widespread effects of stress.
She brings her experience as a practitioner of Ayurveda, hormonal health and other healing modalities alongside her knowledge of corporate culture, transforming burnout to balance, joy and high-performing productivity. Within organizations, she works closely with HR, DEI and leadership to build stress management and resilience-based programs that decrease revenue loss and support an organization’s short-term and long-term KPIs.
Lauren’s methodology creates a sense of personal empowerment and accountability by overcoming the obstacles that arise from career, health, relationships and lack of self-esteem. Her methodology blends traditional wisdom with a modern, natural-health approach to allow even the busiest of clients to experience powerful shifts.
Lauren offers personal coaching, professional training and workplace consulting for a wide range of clients including financial and professional services organizations. Recent clients include IBM, TD Securities, EY, NFL, Warner Music, Estee Lauder, Standard Chartered Bank and the United Nations. Her work has been published in many established outlets, such as CNBC, Forbes, Thrive Global, Medium and Authority Magazine.
A 'forever learner', she is always engrossed in deepening her knowledge to best grow herself and others. In her spare time she enjoys watching the sun set, hiking, practicing yoga, exploring the charm of nearby small towns and spending time with her husband and dog.
