Marion brings over 25 years of extensive experience, both domestically and internationally, in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development from the pharmaceutical, chemical and life sciences industries. Over her career she has supported organizations through rapid growth, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings to meet strategic goals.
Her core competencies include executive and team coaching, talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, change management, inclusion and diversity, leadership development and team building facilitation.
Collaborating as a trusted advisor with companies such as Dow Chemical, Barr Laboratories, Hoffman-LaRoche and DSM, she led the creation of innovative programs ensuring the engagement, development and retention of key talent across all functional areas including Sales and Marketing, Innovation and Finance.
As a leadership coach, Marion possesses a unique ability to build rapport and trust and challenge high performers to learn and helps them understand how others perceive them. With active listening and genuine compassion to leverage their strengths and address strategic and emotional intelligence gaps, she guides them to become more authentic, effective and influential on their continuing leadership journey.
Marion has an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) distinction from the International Coach Federation. She is a Hogan Assessment Suite certified consultant, an EverythingDiSC and Five Behaviors national Partner, and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle.
She earned her MBA in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University, her BS in Industrial Relations from Ramapo College of NJ and her EEO Certification from Cornell University and has begun her journey toward her PhD. Marion also has her SPHR certification. She is an active member of the National Diversity Council, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Though her two daughters have graduated from the program, Marion continues to volunteer with the Girl Scouts. She is an amateur angler and is always looking for the next chance to fish in a river, lake or ocean. She also loves tending her vegetable garden and cooking (especially her family’s tradition of homemade ravioli).
