Jonathan is a strategic, results-oriented entrepreneur and sales professional. He has over 25 years of experience, including 14 years as a small business owner of two companies.
His most recent experience has been focused on Talent Acquisition and the Talent Review processes, recruiting top talent for both privately held and public companies across the country.
Jonathan focuses on solutions-driven methodology for his clients, primarily those in need of sales training and talent acquisition. He has successfully hired, onboarded, trained, and developed Key Performance Indicators for his clients. He also has experience in compensation planning, commission structures and vendor negotiations.
He is a performance-driven team leader, and has dynamic client relationship management skills, providing innovative customer-focused solutions and developing partnerships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Prior experience includes sales and sales management positions with Fortune 500 companies, including Pfizer and Medtronic, as well as start-up companies. He has in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, which include pharmaceutical, biotech and diagnostic companies, and has established relationships within all verticals.
Community outreach has included time as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for a non-profit daycare center, member of the Behavioral Success Sub-Committee for the Westfield Mental Health Council and volunteer for NAMI. Fundraising efforts include Susan G. Komen runs for breast cancer research and the Pan-Mass Challenge, a cycling event for cancer research.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland with a major in Journalism and a concentration in Public Relations.
He currently lives in Westfield, New Jersey with his wife, their son and rambunctious Golden Retriever puppy. He enjoys cycling, coaching youth sports and time with family.
